Beginning Hula for Adult Wahines (Women)

Beginning Hula classes for adult wahines (women) is a low impact, yet challenging form of exercise. Lean basic hula steps, graceful hand and body movements which will culminate in a beautiful modern hula (hula ‘auana). No prior hula/dance experience is expected or required.

What to bring: Water
Wear a long skirt (does not touch the floor)
Barefoot or may wear socks/soft shoes
